ABOUT

Moa is a public health expert specializing in chronic disease prevention, health promotion, and evidence-based lifestyle interventions.

She is certified in Lifestyle Medicine Core Competencies by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM), is a professional team member of ACLM, and is currently pursuing the DipACLM designation. Additionally she serves as a member of the American Public Health Association.

Moa brings a holistic lens to her work as a Yoga Alliance-certified advanced yoga teacher (RYT-500), with a specialization in stress. She is also a certified Somatic Stress Release Practitionerâ„¢, integrating somatic tools and movement-based methodologies to support well-being.
