Our approach includes the prevention and management of chronic conditions, offering a full spectrum of services from primary to tertiary prevention.
Through comprehensive assessments and tailored solutions, we develop plans designed to meet unique needs and ensure inclusiveness. Our services are primarily delivered online, ensuring accessibility from anywhere.
Moa Bernal, the founder, is a Public Health expert specializing in chronic disease prevention, health promotion, and lifestyle interventions.
Moa holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in public health from Sweden and the United States. She is certified in Lifestyle Medicine core competencies by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, where she contributes as a professional team member and is actively pursuing the DipACLM designation. Additionally, she is an active member of the European Lifestyle Medicine Organization.
As a Yoga Alliance certified and registered advanced yoga teacher (RYT-500), Moa is trauma-informed and specializes in stress-specific modalities. She is also a certified Somatic Stress Release Practitioner™.
